As a Management and Program Analyst, you will perform the following duties:
o Perform routine analysis and evaluations to assess the efficiency of overall administrative and programmatic plans, policies and procedures.o Develop reports and spreadsheets regarding reviews of administrative and programmatic products.o Gather data from a variety of sources to prepare briefing material and provide recommendations for use in negotiations, organizational planning and resourcing discussions.o Coordinate new or modified policies, regulations, or objectives to achieve effective operations.o Utilize a wide array of enterprise tools to define, collect, analyze and report mission performance data. Experience:
Applicants must possess one year of specialized experience equivalent in difficulty and responsibility to the next lower grade level in the Federal Service. Specialized experience is experience that has equipped the applicant with the particular competencies/knowledge, skills and abilities to successfully perform the duties of the position. This experience need not have been in the federal government.Experience refers to paid and unpaid experience, including volunteer work done through National Service programs (e.g., Peace Corps, AmeriCorps) and other organizations e.g., professional; philanthropic, religious; spiritual; community, student, social). Volunteer work helps build critical competencies; knowledge, and skills and can provide valuable training and experience that translates directly to paid employment. You will receive credit for all qualifying experience, including volunteer experience.To qualify at the ZA-2 or GS-9 level:
SPECIALIZED
Experience:
One full year (52 weeks) of specialized experience equivalent to the ZA-2 or GS-07 in the Federal service. Specialized experience MUST include all of the following:
Supporting the evaluation and implementation of administrative and programmatic processes to improve overall organizational effectiveness; Communicating administrative and programmatic data, information, and products orally and via written summaries and reports; and Maintaining and analyzing records. -OR-SUBSTITUTION OF EDUCATION:
Master's or equivalent graduate degree, 2 full years of progressively higher level graduate education leading to such a degree, or LL.B. or J.D., if related.-OR-COMBINATION OF EDUCATION AND
Experience:
A combination of education and experience as described above. NOTE:
Only education in excess of one year is qualifying for combination.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
